What is Anime venue?

It's a anime community where people can submit anime they found on the web and share them to hundreds of anime fans. We see us as a human edited anime search engine.

How do I watch anime?

On the home page you will find all anime series. Click on the anime you'd like to watch, click on the episode and start watching. You may find duplicate of episodes as we try to list in as many hosting site and languages as possible.

How do I contribute?

If you don't have an account yet, you should make one, it allows you to submit anime by just giving the link where you found it, or the embed code if the hosting site isn't supported by our software. It also allows you to rate animes, leave comments and get contributors points.

What are contributors points?

Contributor points are points you can get for doing certain action on the site. If enough point is accumulated, you can become an official contributor. We're adding advantage for official contributors as things are evolving.

Vote for Animevenue: .2 points
Leave a comment: .1 point
Refer someone: 5 points

Where is the chat gone?

Chat is now at bottom right. Click on the button (only once) wait 2-3 seconds and it will appear.

Why do people hate anonymous chat users?

That's a very good question.

Isn't your site too bright to watch videos?

We had this comment before so we made a little addition. At the top right of the videos you will find a light bulb, click it to turn the light off.

How can I remove the ads?

You can remove the ads by getting the contributor status.
You can contribute in cash, or by getting 500 contributor points.

Money will go towards site expenses.

I get poker ads pop up?

Those come from the mega video.com hosting site. Just close it, go back to your video and click play.

Some video say full series but there is only 1 episode?

Those video are most of the time hosted by gofish, if you look at the right sidebar of the video you will find more video from this category at gofish. Sometimes even the full serie is listed.

How do I get point by voting?

Voting links are at the bottom of AnimeVenue.com, you need to be logged in to receive your points.

Some Videos are not working?

What are you waiting for? Make an account and report them.

Can I be mod?

Mods are taken amoung the contributors. People with an account and active in chat, site and preferably forum.

Do I need an account in both the site and forums?

No you only need an account on the site, it will work on the forums. However password retrieval are independant until next update.
